Shipping policy

 

At Uniquely Whynot Craft, we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. You'll be presented with various shipping options, including in-store pickup.

Order Processing Time:

  • Standard Orders: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Custom Orders (3D Printed Organizers): Custom orders may take up to 3 business days to ship, depending on the volume of orders ahead of you. You will be notified if there are any delays. To receive updates on your order status, please provide your email address at checkout.

Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure safe delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.

In-Store Pickup:

Orders placed for in-store pickup are typically ready the same day if placed during business hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Damage:

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us at shopkeeper@uniquelywhynotcraft.ca or call 289-481-1363. To process a claim with the shipping company, we require:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Please ensure your images are no larger than 300k each. Retain the original shipping container and packaging for inspection and claims processing. Once a claim is initiated, we will arrange for the damaged items and packaging to be inspected, returned, and replaced.

Shipping Delays:

Currently, there are no known disruptions impacting shipments. In the event of natural disasters or other unforeseen events causing delays, we will contact you with updates regarding your order.
