Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Uniquely Whynot Craft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to ensure that you love what you purchase, we understand that there may be times when an item needs to be exchanged. Please review our policy below to understand your options.

General Return and Exchange Guidelines:

  • Exchanges Only: We do not accept returns for refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. We will inspect all items upon receipt to ensure they meet these criteria.
  • Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Custom Items:

  • Exchange Policy: Custom items can be exchanged at the customer’s expense if they meet our eligibility criteria (unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original condition).
  • Custom Printing: We do not offer refunds on custom-printed items. However, we can offer reprinting at the customer’s expense

In-Stock Items:

  • Inspection Required: All in-stock items returned for exchange will be inspected upon receipt. Items must be in new condition, with no signs of wear or use (e.g., vinyl not cut, clothing not washed). We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these standards.

3D Printed Products:

  • Exchange Process: For 3D printed products, customers must first receive approval before sending the item back to us. Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item for any damage. If the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped, we will replace it.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at crafter@uniquelywhynot.ca or call 905-926-1882. We will guide you through the process and provide any necessary instructions.

Orders not yet picked up can be cancelled. If the order has been prepared and notification sent to the customer, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount if a cancellation is requested.
