Tips for sending your own design
Getting your file ready
A transparent PNG prints best, about 300 pixels per inch of print. A 10" design should be about 3000 pixels wide.
Only have a JPG or a photo?
No problem. We'll sharpen it, remove the background and make sure it prints its best.
Cleanup starts at $5 per design, added to your invoice.
Not sure your file will work? Send it anyway and we'll let you know.
Press it at home
285°F for 16 seconds. Let it cool, then peel. Press again for 5 seconds with a Teflon sheet on top.
Use a heat press only. An iron or EasyPress won't apply it properly.
Press it in store
Buy your garment from us and use our heat press for free during store hours. We'll help if it's your first time.
